After opening the entry to new participants at the Historic Rally Car Register Open Day at Gaydon on 10thJanuary 2026, we are thrilled and amazed by the very positive response.  

The entry list of 90 cars is now full.

The reserve list will extend to 10 further cars and as and when cancellations occur the cancelled places will be offered to the reserve list in order of receipt and payment.

 

Should you take up the offer of a cancelled place before the entry list officially closes on 12th August a cancellation fee of £30 will apply per entry. (£12.50pp to Air Ambulance Charity – Kent Surrey Sussex & £5 for BRMC Club funds per crew).  After the close of entry on 12th August 2026 – there will be no refund - please read the Regulations. If you are still on the reserve list after 12th you may stay on the list and we will contact you for any later cancellations, however until we can offer you a firm place we are happy to refund all your entry fee, or allow you to carry this over to next year’s event, however there may be a supplement to pay if the entry fee increases for 2027.

 

The annual Regis TAP (Classic Car Tour And Picnics) have been supporting Air Ambulance Charity – Kent, Surrey, Sussex since 2012 and we all feel that this amazing charity needs all the help it can get as the majority of their costs are covered by fundraising.

 

For this year’s Tour we are starting and finishing at our two amazing exclusive venues:  Great Ballard School at Eartham, between Chichester and Arundel) is our start venue where breakfast butties and tea/coffee are served, thanks to Owner Sue Jay for her continued support of the tour.  The finish is in the stunning setting of The Tithe Barn at Old Ditcham Farm south of Petersfield, many thanks again to Margaret & Jeremy Oates for their generosity. We will again ask Matt’s Hog Roast to provide a delicious meat roll & tea or coffee at the finish.  Please BYO drinks and plastic glasses.  No bar will be provided. At the finish there will be the usual Mini Auction for the 2025 Regis TAP Photobook and a raffle to help boost funds for our charity. 

 

 If you have unwanted Wines, Spirits, Event tickets or Motoring Items we would be delighted to include them in the raffle.

 

The venue for our Bring your own Picnic with house visit & opportunity to walk in the Park, Arboretum, Garden Centre, Farm Shop and Café (very limited space) is at Stansted House at Rowlands Castle www.stanstedpark.co.uk.  

 

Our afternoon visit will be at Winchester Auto Barn www.winchesterautobarn.com

This will include a chance to look around the Showroom and Event space while enjoy a tea/coffee and cake.

 

The entry fee will include: £12.50pp donation to Air Ambulance Charity – Kent Surrey Sussex, small donation to Sussex Wildlife Trust for their Help the Kelp Campaign, Tulip Roadbook, Commemorative Gift per person, Rally Plate and tour sticker, Entry fees into all locations mentioned and catering as specified. Plus, the services of our fantastic marshalling team.

 

We are very proud to announce that since the Regis TAP started in 2011 we have raised almost £84,500 for good causes.  Thank you everyone for their help and support.  Since 1998 BRMC has raised over £675,500.00

for some amazing causes – we couldn’t have done this without our lovely Sponsors, Participants and Marshals.

 

Over the past 15 years we have been fortunate to visit some stunning locations using the most picturesque roads in Sussex, Surrey & Hampshire.  If you’re looking for a great day out with other friendly participants, visiting some super locations then the Regis TAP might be just what you’re looking for……the majority of our participants have been taking part for years and we’re very grateful for their continued support.
